Summary

Asks how dynasties (Huxleys, Darwins, Bohrs, Poincares, Curies, Dysons, Tagores) keep producing talent across generations. Dismisses pure privilege (most weren't fantastically rich; hard-to-fake achievements), then takes genetics seriously while owning its puzzles: regression to the mean should dilute talent fast, and siblings express it in wildly different fields (a physicist and an Olympic footballer).
